 Our Terms, Conditions and Cancellation Policy

CHECK IN/CHECK OUT TIME
Check-In Time is after 2:00pm whilst Check-Out Time is before 10.00am.

(Early check-in and/or late check-out are by arrangement only.)

PAYMENT POLICY
To confirm a reservation, we will hold a valid credit card number with expiry date.
On arrival, a credit card preauthorisation is required for check-in.
Non-guaranteed Reservations will be released at 5 PM.

CREDIT CARD SURCHARGE
A 2.0% surcharge applies to all credit card payments.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to the arrival date. All bookings not cancelled by this time will have the first night's accommodation invoiced or debited to the credit card account.
An administrative fee of NZ$10.00 will be deducted from deposits refunded due to cancellations.
